This is most probably the awkward list you seen. I apologize to you for not including your favorite GBA game in this list. You know the ‘opinions’ are subjective all the time. These games are not going to be numbered from 1 to 10 or 10 to 1 because these are almost on par with each other. Here are the ones for your iconic 32-bit handheld system.
The Legend of Zelda the Minish Cap
Also known as Zelda no Densetsu: Fushigi no Bōshi in Japan. This was the 12th flagship title of the Zelda series developed by Capcom in 2004. This game won the BAFTA Games Award for best Handheld Game.

I’ll never forget this game. Super Mario revolutionized the video game industry. And still the top game by Nintendo. There're multiple series under this brand. I’ll list the top ones

This one is also a fighting game. But the combat style is different. You’ll enjoy all the fight and characters. Tough enough to beat this game? Honorable mention under this franchise is Street-Fighter Alpha 3.
Naruto
Naruto: Ninja Council 2 is an action adventure game for GBA. The cool feature of this game is the cut scenes. You’ll get to enjoy the game just like you read manga. It also features multiplayer modes. The reviews rated this game as mixed. But this game is amazing.
Topgear
The last and final game to add this list is the racing game Top Gear GT Championship. The graphics of this game is not the best comparable to today. But you know when it comes to sports games gameplay is that matter.
